Très Sûr Wholesale Terms and Conditions
- Pricing
- Wholesale prices do not include shipping or handling fees.
- Prices are valid for 6 months from the date of this offer. After this period, prices are subject to change.
- Order Minimums
- A minimum order quantity or value may be required for wholesale purchases. This will be communicated at the time of order placement.
- Payment
- Payment methods accepted: Bank transfer, Venmo, or Credit Card.
- Full payment is required before the order is processed.
- Delivery
- The delivery date depends on the quantity ordered. We will provide an estimated delivery time upon order confirmation.
- Standard lead times for production or shipment will be communicated when the order is confirmed.
- Damaged or Defective Goods
- If goods arrive damaged or defective, please notify us within 5-7 days of receiving the order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
- Order Cancellation
- Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed. If you need to cancel an order before processing, please contact us immediately.
- Use of Images
- You may use our images on your website only after receiving our written approval. Unauthorized use of Très Sûr's images or branding is prohibited.
- Returns and Exchanges
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on wholesale orders.
- If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us, and we will work with you to resolve the matter promptly.
- Intellectual Property
- All designs, branding, and other proprietary materials of Très Sûr are protected under intellectual property laws. Clients are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or using Très Sûr’s intellectual property without explicit permission.
- Jurisdiction and Governing Law
- This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County.
