RETURNS POLICY
If you'd like to return an item, please contact us first to obtain approval before sending it back.

Important: Do not send any items back without prior approval. We cannot process refunds for unauthorized returns.
Return Window:
You have 7 days from your purchase date to initiate a return. After 7 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility:
To qualify for a return, return must be approved. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear.
Also, intimate and sanitary items are not eligible for returns.
Please provide proof of purchase or a receipt when submitting your return.
Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card provider, as processing times can vary.
- Reach out to your bank to verify if the refund is pending.
If you’ve completed all steps and still haven't received your refund, contact us at help@tres-sur.com.
Sale Items:
Only full-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, contact us at help@tres-sur.com and send your item to:

Gifts:
If your item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or was shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

You are responsible for covering your return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from the total amount.
For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
